Yantai 37° Dream Paradise Sea Water Park is located in Golden Beach Resort, Development Zone of Yantai. It is a large coastal leisure tourism project which jointly invested and built by CITIC Industrial Fund and Shanghai Xinguang Group. It covers an area of more than 60,000㎡, with a total investment of about 600 million RMB, including large indoor and outdoor water parks (the outdoor water park covers an area of 36,925㎡), deep-sea hot springs and so on. It is an innovative tourism leisure demonstration project which with culture as the core, tourism as the leading role, "Caribbean" marine culture as the creative blueprint, "water amusement', "water leisure", "water experience" as the core management philosophy, and global research and careful investigation over many years.
