Water park slide manufacturing process

On the one hand, the surface of the water slide should be smooth and crack-free with uniform color. The use of FIBERGLASS should meet at least three requirements:

1. The resin should have good water resistance and aging resistance. 

2. The glass fiber should be alkali-free glass fiber, and the fiber surface should have good infiltration. 

3. The thickness of the slide shall not be less than 6mm and the thickness of the flange shall not be less than 9mm.

On the other hand, holes, wrinkles, bubbles, poor curing, poor impregnation, cracks, defects, and other problems are not allowed on the inner surface of the water slide. Bad curing, bad impregnation, defects, burrs, and other problems are not allowed on the back. The cutting surface is not allowed to exist with stratification, burr, and other problems. 

At present, there is a kind of RTM (L-RTM), which is a kind of technology to obtain composite components by the flow infiltration of the reinforced material and solidification in the closed mold cavity with a vacuum-assisted resin with low viscosity. The finished products of the slide produced by the L-RTM process die have passed the standard test and all meet the requirements of the relevant standards. At present, the production process has a leading position in the aquatic recreation industry in terms of product technology. Compared with the traditional product production process, the products using the L-RTM production process have obvious advantages.
