In corrosive environments, such as coastal or indoor installations, the interval is usually shorter. Inspection of other parts at least once a year: (1) the leading edge of each stair shall be checked regularly for cracks and it shall be check whether the metal decoration is aging; (2) The welding place shall be inspected regularly and the bolts shall be tightened; (3) Riveted screws shall be checked to check whether firm and whether there is erosion; metal plate next to the cement floor shall be checked to check whether intact, etc.

Check whether the electrical protection on the electrical control cabinet is normal and whether the electrical wiring is aging every month. Check whether the interfaces of the water pump and water pipe are sealed well and whether the installation place is loose. Once a year, check whether the grounding protection of electrical equipment is complete and effective and whether the grounding resistance meets the requirements of relevant standards. Whether the insulation performance of the motor, transformer, switch button, and circuit of the electrical equipment is good or not and whether the insulation value conforms to relevant standards.
